A couple of days ago we had another power cut. (although we later discovered it was Zeke's fault not a general power cut - he had plugged a 2 pin plug between the live and the earth socket - but that's another story!)Leanna had a whole chicken to roast, so, undeterred we lit up the braai (BBQ), got it hot, put the lid on and left it to cook for 45 mins! Pretty tasty if we say so ourselves!! Tough being a missionary sometimes!
We later remembered we had a gas oven all along........oops!
