Alan conquers Horeb

 We had Alan stay with us for a week as he's keen to join our TIMO team in September and was on a short term mission in Lesotho, so decided to come see us.  We don't think we put him off!

He's not got long to raise all his support so please pray for him as he would be a brilliant team member.

We decided to climb Mount Horeb the tallest mountain overlooking Clarens to get an idea of the 'shepherd life'.  Jabu (who comes to our weekly film night at our house) joined us along with Roofy.

Mt Horeb reaches 2450m (8040ft), but even at this altitude we were around 500m (1650ft) below where the team in Lesotho will be based.
